Ann Goldstein (born 1957) is general artistic director of Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam. Previously she was senior curator at Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles (2001–2008). Her recent exhibitions include: Taking Place, Temporary Stedelijk at the Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam, 2010; Martin Kippenberger: The Problem Perspective, MOCA, Los Angeles and Museum of Modern Art, New York, 2008; and Lawrence Weiner: AS FAR AS THE EYE CAN SEE, Whitney Museum, New York, 2007–2008/MOCA, Los Angeles, 2008/K21, Dusseldorf, 2008–2009. She is co-author of This Is Not To Be Looked At: Highlights from the Collection of the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles (2008); co-editor of A Minimal Future? Art as Object 1958–1968 (2004); and has contributed to publications on many artists including: Jeroen de Rijke and Willem de Rooij (2008); Christopher Wool (2008); Cosima von Bonin (2008); Felix Gonzalez-Torres (2007); Louise Lawler (2006); John Baldessari (2005); and Dieter Roth (2004).
