      2. Artemy Magun is Professor of Democratic Theory at the European University at St. Petersburg. He is a member of the working group Chto Delat?/What is to be done?. Publications include: The Russian Protest Movement of 2011–2012: A New Middle Class Populism (2014); and De Negatione: What Does It Mean to Say No? (2013). Magun lives and works in St. Petersburg.
