        Inke Arns

        curator and writer, Dortmund/Berlin

      1. Inke Arns is a curator and theorist. Since 2005 she has been the artistic director of Hartware MedienKunstVerein (HMKV) in Dortmund, and holds a PhD from Humboldt University, Berlin. Her work is focused on media art, net cultures, and Eastern Europe. She has curated exhibitions internationally, including projects at Bauhaus, Dessau; Centre for Contemporary Arts (CCA), Glasgow; and KW Institute for Contemporary Art, Berlin. Recent curatorial projects include: Re-Discovery IV, Autocenter, Berlin, 2015; Apsolutely Now: Death, Confusion, Sale. Association Apsolutno 1995–2005, Museum of Contemporary Art Vojvodina, Novi Sad, 2015; and BER-DTM-HNL: Fasten your seatbelts!, HMKV, Dortmund, 2014. Her most recent publications are: Evil Clowns (forthcoming 2015); World of Matter (2015); INDUSTRIAL (Research) (2014); INDUSTRIAL on Tour (2013); His Master’s Voice.
